Membury family

The Memburys were labourers who were given free passage by the New Zealand Company.  Their application for passage gave their address as Chard, Somerset. They sailed on the Lord William Bentinck, which left Gravesend on 5 January 1841, arriving in Wellington on 22 May 1841.
